Demo Team At Home Training 12/21/20
No group Demo Team practice this week due to the Winter Break. But that doesn't mean no individual Demo Team practice!!! Keep putting in work, stretch, practice your group sets, work on your jump kicks. SiHing Zar wants everyone spending time working on their Inside Crescent Kick. Make sure to bring your foot up to your forehead before slapping, instead of just getting the foot to the hand to slap. Work hard, TRAIN HARD!!!
