    Hello Demo Team!!! So this week SiHing Zar wants everyone to work on their Front Toe Taps. One thing he wants everyone to focus on is to not have lazy hands in between the kicks, so make sure when those hands go up they stay sharp all the way until you finish your final kick. "Practice Makes Permanent" - SiFu Scott, so make sure you all are practicing good habits with your kicks so you don't develop bad muscle memory! If we practice lazy then it will look lazy when we go to perform it. Keep up the good work! ....

    Hey AMAI families! This month, we've got a few things to keep on your calendar: If your child is off from school from December 21st through December 23rd, we have Day Camps! Day Camps are $40 for members and during a typical day, we run structured games, activities, and lunch/snack times. You can register online for each day you would like your child to attend. Doors open at 8 AM. Pick up is anytime before 6 PM. The cost is $40 per child. Kids must bring a bagged lunch and a morning and afternoon snack or $8 for lunch and money for snacks.
