Hello AMAI Family!
In this blog series we will be posting reminders of what the students worked on the previous week. This could be helpful to make sure you know what your child or you should be working on while at home. If you need extra help on any movements or sections of the form then talk to your instructor about adding A Virtual Membership onto your current membership to unlock videos that breakdown every section of your form and every technique!


Lil' Dragons:
 Our Lil' Dragons should mainly practice their form. I want everyone to try to do it at least 10 times before their next class. Test week is coming up so make sure you are prepared! You can access the form by clicking the drop down menu labeled Choose Category and then click the FORM - Lil' Dragons tab, then hit "Read More" to follow along with the video. 

 

BASIC Program: BASIC Program students should be practicing their form. Test week is coming up so make sure you are prepared! You can access the form by clicking the drop down menu labeled Choose Category and then click the FORM - Basic Program tab, then hit "Read More" to follow along with the video. For an added challenge try to knock out 15 push-ups, 30 elbow to knee crunches, and 45 seconds of your Horse Stance!

 

Kids BBC Program: Last week, the Kids BBC students reviewed their form and with test week approaching I want everyone to try to do their form 15 times before next week. You can access the form by clicking the drop down menu labeled Choose Category and then click the FORM - Kids-Teens-Adult BBC tab, then hit "Read More" to follow along with the video. For an added challenge try to knock out 20 push-ups, 30 elbow to knee crunches, 10 frog leaps, 25 Jumping Jacks and 45 seconds of your Horse Stance!

 

Adult/Teen BBC Program: Teen and Adult BBC students should review and practice their whole form. If you need help with the form, you can access all the sections of the form by clicking the drop down menu labeled Choose Category and then click the FORM - Kids-Teens-Adult BBC tab, then hit "Read More" to follow along with the video. For an added challenge try to knock out 30 seconds of elbow to knee crunches, 30 seconds of knee slap crunches and a 2 minute horse stance!

 

Weapons: Weapons students should practice the whole form and their shadow boxing. You can access the form by clicking the drop down menu labeled Choose Category and then click the FORM - Weapons Program tab, then hit "Read More" to follow along with the video.
