In this blog series, we will post reminders of what the students worked on during the previous week. This gives you or your child ideas for how to practice at home between classes. If you need extra help on any movements or sections of the form, talk to your instructor about adding a Virtual Membership to your current membership to unlock videos that break down every section of your form and every technique! Be sure to check out our youtube channel for videos from this quarter’s forms!

Lil’ Dragons: Lil’ Dragons students warmed up with partner workouts. They focused on the technique, Fighting Stance, and Belly Flop! To help with their Belly Flop students should use their snake hands to press down and push punches away. For an extra challenge, parents can toss pillows toward students and students can use their Belly Flop to push the pillows to the ground! Keep practicing your Snake form and be ready to show off your Belly Flop!
