We observe proper social distancing & we take an additional 15 minutes between classes to disinfect.

Demo Team will be canceled for the next two weeks! But make sure you still practice, warm-up, work on line kicks, and practice either your tornado or your lotus kick. You can also spend time on your sets. If you need ideas or help with warming up you can follow along with this gentleman in the video.
