Combat Fitness

Our Combat Fitness Program incorporates Cardio Kickboxing for cardiovascular health, Bag Training for stress relief and Resistance Training to really make those calorie burns last longer. You can expect to burn anywhere from 400-800 Calories in every class!

Even though this is a medium to high impact class, this program is for men and women of ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Go at your own pace as you see your body get stronger, your endurance increase and your confidence soar! Come as you are! Tai Chi

Looking for a fitness class that is low impact and focuses more on relaxation? AMAI also offers Tai Chi. Tai Chi improves balance, strength, flexibility, circulation, and even memory function. Improve all of these skills in a safe, fun, and low-impact class that will leave your body thanking you. Learn Tai Chi at your own pace in a class setting that makes you feel most comfortable. Our Group sessions are affordable and flexible! Available for morning, afternoon or evening training.
