Lil’ Dragons:  Lil’ Dragons students warmed up with animal walks. They focused on the techniques Stranger Defense and Big Elbow! To help with their Stranger Defense parents can grab students’ shoulders with their right hand. Students should use their right hand to trap their attacker’s hand and use their left arm to draw a big circle to put pressure on the attacker’s wrist! Keep practicing your Chang Quan form and be ready to show off your Stranger Defense!
