I embarked on my martial arts journey at AMAI when I was 9 years old. My martial arts training has made me develop a confident and healthy character that benefits me both in and outside of the martial arts school. My favorite style is Nan Quan and I enjoy incorporating acrobatic/tricking movements into my martial arts. The energetic atmosphere that comes with teaching in the kids' programs always manages to put a smile on my face.
